Pros

Better compensation for the industry and benefits
Most Coworkers are pleasant and easy to work with
It's best days were in the early 2000.

Cons

Senior Management, there is a great loss of talent during the last 3 years, very little logic is used
for most decision making
Outsourcing everything! IT, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement
Little value placed to loyal employees, its all about the cost.

Advice to Senior Management

The Senior Management needs to realize that their greatest asset is their people, instead of a burden.
Outsourcing strategy will just open you up to inconsistencies in quality, dependability and innovation.
You have lost a lot of knowledge the past 3 years. Good luck trying to build that up with an outsourced
workforce that works 9 to 4 and charges you overtime.
