Pros

Competitive pay and benefits are second to none. The people make the difference.

Cons

Work/life balance can be difficult to achieve. Very cyclical industry requires those who can adapt to change easily.

Advice to Senior Management

A clear vision must be communicated to all and updates given frequently.
