ProsR&D work, good benefits. There is a very good potential if the management you are working with is good and focused.

ConsToo many managers and directors. Your contribution is not appreciated as it gets lost because of too many managers involved in a project. Managers are worried about themselves and no efforts to train and develop the new talents. If you are in a particular division, you get a chance to work with others but there is no new learning involved.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement should be more focused. Management should take responsibility of people working under them.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros: Cutting edge technology. Very dynamic. Never boring. Intense. Challenging. … Cons: Poor raises. Shutdowns. Constant layoffs. Reduced workforce with increased workloads. In fighting for control can make it difficult to work efficiently.… Advice to Senior Management: Non-management employees are a significant asset to the company and contribute a great deal to the sucess of the company, recognizing and valuing these… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
