    Pros

The technologists who work there have been world class

    Cons

Extreme politics, inept Executive Management (prior to VSEA take-over) Employee morale has been low for some time, and does not appear to get better.

    Advice to Management

Go back to the roots of Applied's success - innovative technology and focus on customer need. Cut out the "professional politicians" that appear to have taken over during the past ten years or so.

    Pros

It's fast paced, dynamic, challenging and highly educational.

    Cons

Frequent hiring freezes limit employee internal mobility

    Advice to Management

Fix your recruiting system. Don't post jobs that are frozen. Add job descriptions that actually describe the technology.
