Current Employee – been working at Applied Materials

Pros – Highly technology oriented. It's a company filled with all sorts highly skilled engineers that makes the ideas come true. You stay with AMAT because you enjoy working with either knowledge people or experience people. However, the company can treat the employee much better than what can can do now. We are proud of being part of it, but the top management should do something to show they are proud of having the employees working for it.

Cons – Compensation and reward awarded after you did a good job.

Advice to Senior Management – Treat your engineers nicer and try to retain good engineers.
