Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on building trust and loyalty from your employees. It is clear that no one respects you currently. Your employees are your ticket to success. Pay them well, treat them well, offer more opportunities for advancement instead of filling positions from the outside, and offer rewards for working overtime. You need to embrace younger help. A lot of the company is from an older generation and will be leaving soon. The younger generation will not stay around just because you gave them a job. They will always look for a place that cares about them and shows it.
