“They cannot keep senior management at the branch level, so you are expected to guide yourself.”
I have been working at Apria Healthcare
Pros – Learned alot, get to help people.
Cons – No backup. Run office with minimal employees so lunch hours, vacations etc..are not adequately covered and the employees who have to pick up the slack get overwhelmed and develop bad attitudes.
Advice to Senior Management – Upper level management does not want to know about issues. Will label you a complainer. They should look at their turnover rate and why no NJ branches can keep RT's very long and why sales people and branch managers don't stick around! The history will speak for intself
