    Pros

    There are non really, they pay fairly well, but you also have to take on 2 other peoples jobs for that money.

    Cons

    No respect fro Employees
    Favortism from Managers
    very spread sheet oriented, if the numbers aren't right then employees go. No matter how busy the office is.
    Their LCE is a joke. This is not UPS.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Dump LCE and go back to taking care of the customers not someones failed idea.

    very professional group of people to work with. relaxed atmosphere to work in. excellent benefits and pay.

    Cons

    raises are small and only once a year. sometimes your hard work isnt recognized in a timely manner.

    keep up the good work. make sure to notice and recognize the employees that work hard and well.
