I have been working at Apria Healthcare full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Steady work, nice co-workers, benefits.

    Cons

No growth unless you are in the management click, poor leadership, very little training for new and veteran employees, new processes without training, quanity over quality of work, high turnover, micro management, small pay increases, no bonus program to make up for sub par wages.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire qualified managers that will place qualified supervisors and team leaders in positions to succeed and the employees that are under them. Company will only benefit all the way around the board. Reduced turnover, higher productivity while maintaining quality and salvaging the eroding Medicare reimbursment dollars. Recognize employees by increasing wages to reasonable standard according to the size of the company and institute a quarterly bonus program for earning opportunity.
