Overall positive experience working for AHG, they tend to focus on bottom line prior to resolving service issues.

Pros

Some advancement potential, nation wide positions available, decent pay for your position, constant education, wide array of positions available within the company.

Cons

Zero trust within the company, constant focus on bottom line rather than customer service and improving company's reputation, continually consolidating services, unable to build report with fellow employees, frequently changing processes, high turn over in all positions.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus more on the employees and better customer service.

    Pros

Nothing that I can think of

    Cons

Management does not have managements skills. The people who stay grandfather into management positions. Most of the customers are angry because customer service is so bad. Customer service is so bad because the company only has 1 to 3 people answering phones at any given time which leads to hold times of up to 45 minutes. Management then blames the employees that the customers are angry. This is the worst company I have ever worked for.

They offer one the worst Kaiser plans available ($2000 deductible, $35 co-pay for dr, etc) and to add family brings the employees cost to almost $500 a month. Lousy pay and lousy benefits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take some management classes, hire enough employees and learn how to speak to a person without accusations.
