Will to work as they will to pay

Collections Representative (Former Employee)
Overland Park, KS

ProsNice cubicles and work space. Good location for grabbing a fast lunch. Some of the managers are ok to work for.

ConsYyou only get vacation drop to use every six months. They do not pay for anything vacation earned but not available to use if you quit before it drops in your bucket. They will not pay you for your vaction even if you turn in a notice and your vacation is available the before your last date of employment.

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat people like you want them to treat you.

Raises are minimal if any from 0%… Advice to Senior Management: Do better background checks on people before you hire them. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
