    Awful place to work

I worked at Apria Healthcare full-time

    Pros

The corporate trainers were great. Location on the Sprint Campus is nice.

    Cons

Everyone who worked there looks miserable. Coworkers were rude (and mostly trashy) and didn't seem to care about their new team members. No room for advancement, and if there is, it would take at least two years. Just a horrible, horrible place. Also, I worked there for 4 days and still didn't know my managers name.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try caring about your employees instead of the numbers.

I have been working at Apria Healthcare full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Very little, it's a pay check.

    Cons

Managed badly, disorganized, poor customer service, and shortage of or wrong equipment which upsets patients. Customers get the run around and are often angry because they have to deal with the company due to contract agreements.Staff is often dissatisfied, frustrated, and unappreciated until they leave. Higher rate of turnover than the average corporation. Branch Manager has own set of rules.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure the customer is cared for properly and managers held accountable for the way the treat the customers/employees. Upper management only cares that things get done but not how they are done until there's a problem.
