    Pros

The money was good. The training was excellent. There is plenty of overtime.

    Cons

Once on the floor, the training must be disregarded. The overtime is mostly mandatory. We were expected to work holidays for straight-time because of holiday pay. If you work to get the mandatory overtime in as much as possible in the beginning of the week, they mandate so many hours before and after Wednesday. If you go over by one minute, you are written up. The management is unprofessional. They insult employees on the floor and laugh. I can't tell you how many people I have seen in tears and just deflated. It is not a happy environment. It is actually quite oppressive.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees with respect. You are all overworked and overwhelmed. The managers wear several hats. They not only manage a section of about a dozen people, they also manage other departments (MBO) and must help out with other departments. When leads and managers are stretched so thinly, employees are forced to wait for extended periods on answers before they can continue with their jobs or must take the questions and things needing approval to other overworked leads and managers. Upper management used intimidation and threats in attempts to increase productivity and accuracy. Ridiculous and childish incentives were offered as motivation...throw water balloons at your boss, ice cream, snacks. It felt like Kindergarten all over again. It was demoralizing.

    Pros

If you like to stay busy and enjoy multitasking this is the place for you. Chance for advancement if you are willing to relocate.

    Cons

Having to hit metrics that were sometimes unobtainable can be frustrating. Should have different standards between large branches and small branches
