Pros

- Flexible timings
- Good salary for experienced professionals

Cons

- No scope to learn new technical concepts
- Unstable management decisions
- Hikes never been on time

    Strong streamlined processes and operations company wide

    Cons

    Cost is very tightly managed, so expect cuts if revenue is not good.

    Show more love for employees

    Unstable and I have not seen "best practices" practiced internally.

    Have some communication with your employees and don't b.s. about the expectations.
