Current Employee – been working at Aptina Imaging full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – flexible working hour. aptina is in the sensor busineess for a long time. It has led technoloigy in some area.

Cons – Sensor industry is very competive. the profit margin is low. There is lack of strong management team.

Advice to Senior Management – find good engineer and keep it.
