    Pros

Flexibility in terms of working hours, dress code, ..etc
Fun filled environment, celebrations and activities despite the dryness of Infopark.
Product development , which implies no bench period.
    Lesser work pressure.
    Excellent infrastructure

    Cons

Promotions are less when comparing with service companies.
Comparability lesser remuneration when comparing with similar profiled companies.
Very short onsite period , not suitable for long term onsite assignment aspirants.
No proper planning , lacking long term vision on certain projects

    Advice to Management

Getting work done with freshers will work for service companies , who charge the client on a per head basis. But for a company like arbitron which is product based, a long term sustainability can only be achieved by experienced folks (or atleast train the fresh candidates well before they are put in to billable projects)
