“No room for growth”
Former Employee – worked at Arby's full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – -Easy to get more hours since most employees call in anyways
Cons – -no raises offered
-GM never shows up for work so your basically doing your job and his for min. wage
Advice to Senior Management – -hire REAL managers
-hire employees who will actually work
-fire those that dont
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
