    Pros

You get meal discounts. Thats about the only pro. Oh, I guess the ability to say you have a job is a pro...?

    Cons

Baaaad pay. I was hired in as a 2nd assistant and was told that I would become first after I finish my 6 weeks of training. That changed and now I will only be a shift manager (and have my training shoved into 3 weeks, not 6) and I was also informed that I only make 8.25 an HOUR. That's less than McDonalds employees make! There are people that have been there for 10 years and dont even make 8.50. How are they getting away with this and still charging so much for some crap food?

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees better! If you want me to do my best, then pay me enough to where I'm not worried about not being able to pay a sitter.
