    Pros

The initial Management training was awesome. It all went down hill from there. I have been disappointed, not making the money I was promised during the interview process, two years later i am still waiting.

    Cons

Lack of crew member training, and lack of effective management skills. Store manager is not consistent with anything in the store.

  2. Good mood employer

    Pros

Good hours, Got to have a home life, work was not difficult, better than average training program, Good upper management team

    Cons

Constant pressure from the corporate level led to a great deal of tension. Corporate constantly making changes that end up costing more to the bottom line.

    Advice to Management

Put out quality LTO's that don't kill the bottom line. Stop giving away the product!
