The majority of the people are great and work hard.

Lacks consistent structure throughout the teams, departments and management..

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep your own rules when you make them, and then keep them for a while instead of changing them constantly.

I have been working at Arch Health Partners full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The people I work with are the one positive

    Cons

There is very little if any employee satisfaction. Most management seems to be unapproachable . There is rarely a comment for a job well done. People want to know they matter and that what they do matters.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employee satisfaction should be on your list of issues to address. Happy employees are willing to give you 200% if they feel that they are appreciated. You get what you give. We all work hard, it would nice to know that it doesn't go unnoticed. I have given a rating of 2 stars (dissatisfied)... but hopeful for change...
