I worked at Archiver's

Pros

Fun, respectful atmosphere. Very good about time off.

Cons

They want the managers to have fewer associates on payroll, which equals more hours and less flexability. Everyone has to work a lot harder for less pay.

I have been working at Archiver's

    Pros

Archiver's is a fun place to work if you are a paper crafting enthusiast. The discount is decent at 30% off....

    Cons

The pay is terrible even for the assistant store managers and store managers. Most work here as a second job or strictly for the discount.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The pay is so low it is almost an insult to the employees, it is literally below the poverty level!
