Pros – Good training department and opportunities for growth. Archstone is a leader in property management and tend to promote from within.

Cons – Very conservative company with a strict dress code that inhibit individuality. There are also many restrictions on personalizing your own space.

Advice to Senior Management – Allow more opportunities for community involvement.
