I worked at Archstone

Pros – Large company, great history. Assets all around the country. Nice working atmosphere.

Cons – Despite of Archstone being a large company, I've noticed that it is very difficult to get a fair pay. Many people have left and there is significant turnover due to lower salary compensation vs. other companies in the area.
Management was aware couple of years ago that this was the problem, but they haven't done much to change this. After working at Archstone, people have good resume to leave for higher salary somewhere else.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep up good work, and share some wealth with people that are working hard below you.
