Pros

Helping students further their education, and being able to follow up with them along their program is rewarding.

Cons

Supervisor and President of this location are not supportive of the staff members, and do not help them improve upon their skills, or grow within the company.

    Discount on tuition, pretty good benefits. Very nice co-workers.

    Leadership has unrealistic expectations. No Marketing Strategy for the company.

    Come out of your Ivory Towers, remove your fancy titles, and practice what you preach.
