Pros – If you are smart and get the job done, you get promoted
You learn a lot about the Credit Card industry
Company supports H1B visa
Generally smart/hard working people at entry/mid level

Cons – Work hours are terrible. You are treated like a commodity, you will be pushed to the max. Expected to work on weekends and until 3 am on weekdays. Having a family does not make senior management lenient about this requirement.

If you don't want to work in the CC industry for the rest of your life DO NOT JOIN this company as the skills you will pick up are very hard to transfer. What is called "Consulting" is actually data supply, you will not be doing any "serious analysis". You will learn about general trends which could help you succeed in an interview with other credit card issuers.

If you are a US citizen, just dont join this company (unless you really want to be in the CC industry and have been rejected by Amex, BofA and the rest....)
If you are on a student visa, dont join unless it is your only option....

P.S. All this review is for Client delivery and Consulting part of the company not the systems/developpers jobs

Advice to Senior Management – there has been an average of 50% of turnovers in the past 4 years....i am sure they know what needs to be done.....
