    Pros: Small company where you'll get notice, and that's where the… Cons: Promotions are based on tenure because folks who are there for many yr end up getting promoted over others who are relatively new. Look up… Advice to Senior Management: Retain the good people don't let them leave. Get rid of dead weight, folks who don't… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
