The work was challenging and exciting. Great team support from colleagues.

    Cons

Ariba needed to be more agile in its decision making processes and adapt to working with fast paced, dynamic partners in its ecosystem.

I have been working at Ariba full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The benefits and vacation time are good. For some teams, it has a very flexible working hours and locations. Pays are OK as well!

    Cons

It depends on the team you work for. For customer support organization, if you are young (fresh out of high school), and good looking (for women), you will get promoted very fast. Otherwise, you will be working at the same job forever. For the commercial team, it depends on who you know and not what you know. If you are a managers puppy, you will get promoted really fast! Overall, there is no direction with the management, no clear guidance! And half of the time, they don't even know how to do their jobs! That is why it got acquired by SAP.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I know they don't care, so no words!

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
