Prosopportunity to make a stable income
lots of hourly availability with CERTAIN clients
flexible hours
lost of encouragement and personal/professional development

Conslack of real support for contacted business. all communications are via chat and email. the only time you'll get to speak to someone about anything is when they call you. This company also has a chronic habit of contacting lots of workers without any place for them on the schedule. This turns out lots of workers without hours to work.

Advice to Senior ManagementBuild more interpersonal relationships with your contracted businesses.

    No longevity!

    I have been working at Arise as a contractor for more than 8 years


    Pros: Only pros is when you are able to get hours,… Cons: Arise cannot seem to hold on to their clients. It seems that they start out with lots of fanfare and within a few years,… Advice to Senior Management: Provide better training and pay your workers/contractors for this training.… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

    Arise equals Stress

    Pros: If you have 3 stars in every category, AHT, 1st call resolution, Quality Assessment, Customer Survey… Cons: If any category you don't get at least 1 star in a 2 week period you get an email threat of termination.
