ProsCan be decent pay in peak season

ConsHeavy lifting, short ever changing deadlines to be ready for an event, weeks/months without work. No benefits accrued not even part-time benefits, even after several years on part-time because the off season knocks you down to on-call status. During summers

Advice to Senior ManagementRespect your employees and encourage/require others to do the same and require workers speak English, causes a major barrier when workers switch from English to spanish in the middle of a conversation to isolate others.
