I have been working at Arizona Grand Resort full-time for more than 5 years

ProsGood work environment and friendly staff.

ConsLow comparison wages. Almost all upper-level staff has been there for many years, which sounds good, but means they are not very open to new ideas.

Advice to Senior ManagementEncourage more growth opportunities.
