Advice to ManagementAdvice

You're not doing too bad. I'd ease up a little on the solar power thing and instead concentrate more on making sure your Math and Science departments have enough teachers aids to properly grade papers and quizzes to provide feedback for your students.

I have been working at Arizona State University

    Pros

A state university that is hard working on improving itself. Phonenix is a fast uprising area with low living cost, good environment, and good companies.

    Cons

Not a prestigious university so super-star students are not common. But most of them are smart and hard working.

Leadership at Arizona State university lacks upper management support. Fail to communicate with employees regarding upper management decisions needs to be worked on.
