I worked at Arizona's Children Assocation as a contractor (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Help families, help them in great need with various ways ($, gifts, counseling etc)

    Cons

Pay is not horrible given it is non profit but the main thing why people left (PHOENIX OFFICE) was the low morale, frequent criticism of employees (what they should be doing, what the other offices compare to them, productivity levels; Despite staff great effort to accommodate high manager expectations, management failed employees in providing more pay, incentives, positive criticism or even a plain $5 gift card, not even cookies at staff meetings, just plain ungrateful women in management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a life and stop micro managing employee. Loosen up and enjoy the social work field instead of focusing on productivity standards.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
