I have been working at Arkansas Children's Hospital full-time

    Pros

Helping make a difference in children's lives
    Decent wages and benefits
    free parking
    campus shuttle
    Stable schedules

    Cons

hospital and campus layout is confusing and forever changing
there is a waiting list to get your child in the on campus daycare
daycare is only available during day shifts and not night shifts
the daycare is disorganized..and children are changing classes constantly from room to room. They might stay with one teacher for only 3 months then move to another room.
Their playground equipment at the daycare is not stimulating enough and there is not enough toys for all the children.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
