    There is some flexibility for work schedule if you're not part of the call center, most employees are really friendly, there are always events with food/desserts

    Cons

    Managers vs. employees environment, many managers don't support their staff, pay is low

    Management needs work, if you want an above average workforce and company culture you should hire managers that exemplify they values you supposedly find important
