Former Employee – worked at Armed Forces Insurance

Pros – good amount of time off, paid unused time off, sick time seperate from pto, ability to work from home when needed

Cons – over worked, over extended, not much praise from management, too much management, micro management, inexperienced hires, lack of casualness and having to wear something other than comfortable shoes

Advice to Senior Management – let go of the dress code some so that the people would be more comfortable to work. make causual friday casual again and stop micromanaging
