ProsGood time off. Good for families. Not too hard, decent hours.

ConsNot much room for growth or learning or promotion.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet organized, create a strategy to drive sales, organize a calendar around developing product and meeting delivery goals and then execute the strategy without letting a million voices change the direction constantly.
