Nice place to work

ProsBeing outdoors, working with great customers, nice mix of personalities.

ConsLow pay, not much incentive to give your all. Unmotivated and stagnant store managers.

Advice to Senior ManagementMake sure your regionals are like real people and not brainwashed fools.
