Good company but requires a lot out of its employees. Definitely not for slackers

ProsYou get good experience. The people are warm and caring.

ConsLong hours. Always on feel like you have to be available all the time. They've outsourced some finance and IT functions and it makes life frustrating when you have to deal with a vendor or have an IT issue.

    Pros: Great people, smart people at project team and plant floor… Cons: Management can't seem to do what they are highly paid to do - get… Advice to Senior Management: Open your eyes. You are loosing market share to third tier players in the market. Stop… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
