    Current Employee - Store Associate

    Pros

It is a safe environment, especially since it is on a military base. You also get paid every two weeks, which is a plus.

    Cons

Employees are very unhappy and pay is lower than the fast food industry. Aggressive management require you to do activities outside of your job description. The break room and bathrooms are always dirty.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees better and manage them more efficiently.

Current Employee - Supervisor in Tinker AFB, OK

    Pros

    - Secure job.
    - Good diversity and culture.
    - Love most of my coworkers.

    Cons

    - Management at my store does not follow rules that they are supposed to, they make up their own.
    - Schedules change within a week that you are supposed to work it.
    - Compensation is poor for all the work that I do.
    - Management at my store treats employees as numbers, not people.
    - Difficult to get a thank you out of any management.
    - The business comes first, not your family.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Compensate your employees better for all that they do. You could work across the street and make more than you do here. A simple "Thank You" goes a long way.
