“Work life balance”
Current Employee – been working at Arqiva
Pros – A friendly working environment which endeavours to strike a balance between work and home life. The company employees mostly high calibre staff with extensive experience and positions itself and a leader in it industry.
Cons – Hard work tends to go unrecognised & unrewarded mostly due to under developed HR procedures & policy. Advancement within the organisation appears to be nepotistic and random.
Advice to Senior Management – Focus more on individual achievment and be sincere about development opportunities.
