    Pros

Lots of empty offices and cubes so you might get one of your own. Great location in Boulder Colorado if you can afford to live there.

    Cons

Poor leadership and wasteful spending. Executive and much of management has no proven track record but still maintains a know it all attitude internally and with partners. Company changes the "priority" program nearly monthly and has little data to show for the millions of dollars spent. Employees are beaten down during a panel review process which everybody loathes attending. Promotions are awarded based upon tenure or internal associations as opposed to skill sets, contributions or achievements. Most of the overworked employees received a 2% or less increase despite big compensation and expensive dinners and travel for the execs in 2010.

    Advice to Management

Board of Directors: Scrap the executive team or continue to watch opportunities and assets go down the drain.
