Global Company. Large line card of suppliers and services available to customers. Training (ACT- Arrow's Centralized Training) is an excellent annual event for product trainings and networking with key suppliers.

    Cons

Extensive reports and initiatives with suppliers which creates many unattainable goals! FAE job responsibilities are morphing into more of technical sales job.

    Pros

Management is laid back and understands a work/life balance.

    Cons

There is virtually no career advancement opportunities. You must move to Denver for any advancement options. The compensation is not competitive with the market. They do not reward those who invest their career in the company. It is a revolving door.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reward those who invest in Arrow. Start paying a competitive wage for the senior reps you have to keep them.
