Very stressful work environment with little help and training. Lot of employee turnover in trade payables department.

    Pros

Clean offices, great parking, and some great co-workers.

    Cons

Too many systems to learn, very little training time and no written procedures to do your job. Management in trade payables department tell you do not worry about learning the job but get on you and throw you under the bus if things do not get done.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees when they tell you that they need help. Also get some written procedures and give your new employees more training to do their assigned jobs.
