I have been working at Aruba Networks full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

You meet some great people working here. Being here, you definitely have a lot of opportunities to work on high visibility projects for your career. As an entry level analyst, you have the opportunity to work with VPs and high level directors that you wouldn't get at a bigger company.

    Cons

    - High turnover rate, employees constantly coming in and out of the company
    - No 401k matching
    - Old systems
    - Feels like losing small company mentality, all the fun events seem to be disappearing since everyone is so busy
    - Work/Life balance, manager level expected to be in the office 10-11 hours a day, and be on call
    - Unlimited PTO, sounds great on paper, but when you do go on vacation or take a day off, you are expected to bring your laptop

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Cross train employees, this would be great if a team member decides to take a day off

    - Invest in new systems, seems like the solution for problems at this company is to hire a headcount rather than invest in efficient systems
