I worked at Arvest Holdings full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

The manager was lenient, let us take time to get to know the job, and stuck up for the department.

Cons

People talk behind your back. Everyone needing to be in everyone else's business. When you overdraw your account, even if it wasn't your fault, an automated email is sent to HR, your manager, and your manager's manager. It used to be better working there.

I worked at Arvest Holdings full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

"Some" of the best people you will ever work with. Benefits were pretty good and every once and awhile they will treat their employees with something like free lunch...

    Cons

After working in other departments within the Bank (3 Years), I decided i would try the "Call Center". When I struggled to meet Phone requirements instead of trying to council me and find another position that I was better suited for, I was let go. Starting pay was also a joke.. Open More Holidays than most banks .. HIGH STRESS

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If someone who has been with you over 4 years is struggling, try to help them find a position that works better... No since letting all that expensive training go to waste.
