Good Team Members, good about getting time off.

Cons

IT jobs outsourced. Too Much Management Levels. Selling off pieces, so who know if you'll be around for a while. Buying or Merging with companies and then turning around and selling them again, always makes people of nervous of losing jobs and/or nervous of what group they are going to be in. You can only do so much reorganization before you are spending more on reorganizing than what it would've cost just to get the work done.

Advice to Senior Management

PIck a plan and stick to it. Mergers and Divestitures just make people crazy.
