Current Employee – been working at Ascend One

Pros – Great work from home company. The pay is good for customer care reps as well.

Cons – Be careful of their zero tolerance policy as they will let you go in a heartbeat if you break it. They are quick to not give you a second chance if you were unaware that an issue falls under zero tolerance. I am amazed after several years with the company how it ended. They need to write someone up prior to termination if it is not spelled out or clearly stated in the policy.
