I have been working at Ashford University full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Opportunity to learn and improve communication skills. Young fun demographic of coworkers.

Cons

High stress, pressure to meet monthly minimum number of student enrollments

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make degrees more affordable. A $50,000 online bachelor's degree can be difficult to justify.

    Pros

has given me a paycheck for over a year

    Cons

everything else. They try to make you work Saturdays and tell you it will be notated if you do not. They constantly change your scheduled hours of work and managers lie to your face.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

better training and people skills. not everyone wants or deserves to go to college.

I worked at Ashford University full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

It's a good place to find an entry level job that pays well.

    Cons

It pays well because it's an awful job. If you can tolerate being yelled at by all day unintelligent students who are going to school so they can live off of a stipend and then go home without feeling defeated then this would be an okay job for you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide more support. Don't combine positions without training people. Stand up for your employees.
