Pros

good pay, fun people, good coffee, professional work environment, continual training, lots of overtime.

Cons

Same thing over and over again, very difficult job, people who were good used shady enrollment techniques that do not reflect the universities value on ethics.

Advice to Management

I think management does a good job of trying to continually train employees. Its a hard job mentally so you just need to be prepared. Its tough to get a job so its definitely a viable choose.

    Pros

nothing good I can think of that is worth sharing. they like getting rid of people at a drop of the hat

    Cons

The quotas are unreal and it adds a lot of stress. you can't force people to enroll in their overpriced online bogus classrooms.

    Advice to Management

find another line of business instead of making people take out loans for a worthless degree

    Pros

Young and smart co-workers but that's about it. Even directors do not have much say in how operations are run, they are just puppets.

    Cons

Unethical place to work. Homeless and computerless students are enrolled in the university with little to no chance to succeed. The university does not always check to make sure a student has graduated high school. Students are not told how many credits will transfer into the university until after they are enrolled. Enrollment advisors make empty promises to students just to get them to enroll. Very high drop out rates. No one has any idea what direction AU is headed because leadership is non-existant.

    Advice to Management

Managers and Directors have no say in how business is run, all positions are puppets of the shareholders of Bridgepoint Education. Upper management should make themselves available to mid and entry level employees.
