Pros

You meet some cool people. Together you will talk about the horrible times you spent at Ashely Ellis.

Cons

It's like boot camp. The most verbally abusive, lame, energy draining boot camp you will ever be a part of. This company laughs in the face of state laws that mandate breaks and lunches and gets away with it. Upper management will yell at employees as though they are children. They are like a revolving door so don't plan on being there long making really low pay. Furthermore, these people think that hard work is putting up with abuse and working from sun up to sun down with out a lunch break.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is nothing I can say that will help management at an awful place like this.

I have been working at Ashley Ellis full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

good co-workers and not much else

    Cons

No respect for workers – upper management doesn’t allow for the termination of dead weight. No breaks as mandated by law. Upper management visits locations only to do things in an area & they provide ZERO practical guidance. Many extra hours of work are required & the base pay is equal to McDonald’s.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get over yourselves & do something for the rank & file people.

    I worked at Ashley Ellis

    Pros

Potential to make money if you're willing to work 60+ hours a week, weekends, and be verbally abused by management.

    Cons

You're told what to say, when to say it, and how to say it. If you don't do it exactly their way, you will be yelled at as if you are a child.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in your employees. Provide better salary, benefits, and a safe work environment.

You chose to work at a top office. An office becomes a top office because they chose to bust their butts to get there, and are well rewarded for it. At times
